Recommend other podcasts to your podcast's fans

As a podcast creator, you probably have other shows that you would recommend to your listeners. This might be a show that you're doing yourself or a friend's show or just a podcast that you think would align with your audience's tastes. Well, now there's a way to share your recommendations with your audience.

We have a feature called podcast recommendations that lets you showcase up to 10 shows you think your listeners should discover.

Your recommendations will show up on your podcast's website.

Currently, this feature is only available in the Quasar and Beacon website themes (but it's coming soon to the other themes!).

HLS video beta

In partnership with the podcast apps Fountain and True Fans, we're beta testing a new feature: HLS video streaming for podcasts. This allows listeners to seamlessly switch between audio and video versions of your episodes, in apps that support it.

Hosting and bandwidth costs for serving video podcasts can be high. We're currently evaluating these costs.

In the meantime, for this beta, you'll need your own Cloudflare Stream account (starting at $5/month for 5,000 minutes). Be aware: if you participate in the beta, you'll be responsible for any charges on your Cloudflare Stream account.

You can try this out by streaming one of these episodes on True Fans:
